We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in school settings and a strong background in pediatrics. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate speech, language, and communication abilities.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's specific needs.
- Implement evidence-based speech therapy techniques to improve articulation, fluency, and language comprehension.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals to create a supportive environment for patients.
- Provide early intervention services to children with developmental delays in communication.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in speech therapy and pediatric care.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Experience in school settings is preferred; familiarity with educational policies is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and patient care principles related to speech therapy.
- Ability to assess patients effectively using appropriate evaluation tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
