Speech-Language Pathologist (Early Intervention) | 4-Day Work Week

Location: Lakewood, Colorado

Job Type: Full-Time

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Early Intervention

Join DDRC as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) providing early intervention services for children ages 0–3. This role focuses on speech therapy, child development, and family-centered care while supporting our values of Dignity, Dedication, Respect, and Choice.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: $75,000 – $86,250/year
  • 4-day work week

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide speech-language therapy in home and community settings
  • Deliver early intervention services using a primary provider model
  • Develop and implement IFSPs (Individualized Family Service Plans)
  • Partner with families to support child development and communication skills
  • Maintain documentation for compliance and billing

Qualifications

  • Master's in Speech-Language Pathology
  • CCC-SLP required
  • Active Colorado SLP license
  • Knowledge of:
    • Developmental disabilities and developmentally appropriate practices and interventions related to the birth‑to‑three population.
    • Transdisciplinary and primary provider practices.
    • Family dynamics and the ability to interact effectively with a variety of individuals in a professional service setting.
    • Familiarity and competence with the Global Outcomes Process

**Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates are not eligible.
