About the Role: Dallas Reading and Language Services is seeking a Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team. We are a leading provider of speech and language therapy services in the Dallas area, and we are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to help us make a difference in the lives of our clients.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting with executing targeted treatment plans for children with various speech and reading disorders
- Supporting lead SLPs in planning for sessions and providing support as needed
- Assisting in diagnostic evaluations as necessary
- Assisting with the overall operation of the practice
- Contributing to a high-performing, collaborative office and team environment
Ideal Candidate has:
- Bachelors Degree in Speech Pathology/Communication Sciences
- Current SLP Assistant License or Prerequisites to be a Licensed SLP-Assistant in TX
- Availability to work from 10AM-7PM Monday – Friday
- Exceptional communication skills
- A passion for working with children and their parents
- Ability and desire to work with children of all ages and disorders
- Creativity, flexibility, and willingness to learn new skills
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
- Personal transportation to the clinic
