Key relationships include students, program chairs, the Director of Education, and campus staff.
Responsibilities encompass teaching assigned courses, creating engaging learning environments, participating in academic advising, curriculum development, campus events, managing attendance and grading, supporting at-risk students, and maintaining compliance with policies and regulations.
Qualifications vary by course level, requiring a master's degree with relevant coursework for general education, a bachelor's degree plus industry experience for diploma or associate programs, and a master's degree for bachelor's programs, with possible exceptions for extensive work experience.
Preferred skills include familiarity with LMS, active learning methodologies, and proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel.
This is a part-time, onsite role requiring sitting, standing, light lifting, and keyboard use.
