Job Title: Specification Analyst 

Location: East Moline, IL 

Job Type: Full time, 24-month, on-going contract 

Expected hours per week: 40 hours per week 

Schedule: On-site, Monday-Friday, 8am-5:00pm or 7am-4pm 

Pay Range: $32.28 per hour

Job Description:  

We are seeking a detail-oriented Specification Analyst to support product data management, specification processes, and cross-functional initiatives. This role focuses on SAP-driven data analysis, BOM maintenance, and ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems and projects. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Maintain and validate product specifications, including BOMs and part data 

• Support Engineering Change Management (ECM) activities and data integrity efforts 

• Execute project tasks, ensuring alignment with timelines and quality standards 

• Compile and analyze data to support business decisions 

• Collaborate across teams to drive process consistency and standardization 

• Provide administrative and analytical support for ongoing projects and initiatives 

Qualifications 

• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred 

• Experience with SAP and data-driven environments 

• Strong data analysis skills with advanced Excel proficiency 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 

• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills 

Preferred 

• Experience with PDMlink, BOM management, or ECM processes 

• Exposure to Power BI or PowerApps 

• Adaptable, continuous learner with a process improvement mindset
