The Role
Provide medical leadership and clinical oversight for the hospital
Mentor specialists, emergency doctors, interns, and residents
Partner with hospital and regional leadership to support operational and medical excellence

Help shape the hospitals long-term medical standards, growth strategy, and vision
What Were Looking For
Board-certified veterinary specialist or experienced emergency clinician preferred
Demonstrated interest or experience in leadership, mentorship, and team development
Strong communication skills and collaborative leadership style

Experience & Skills Requirements
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent degree
Board-certified specialist or residency-trained veterinarian preferred
Eligible for or currently holding a California veterinary license in good standing prior to start date
DEA license or eligibility to obtain one
