MB2 Dental, a first-of-its-kind Dental Partnership Organization (DPO) founded in 2007 and based in Carrollton, TX, is actively seeking a proactive, relationship-driven Specialty Field Marketing Specialist to support our Phoenix, AZ market!
In this role, you will support our specialty offices by driving referral growth, strengthening provider relationships, and increasing local market visibility. You will serve as the primary field marketing contact for specialty practices and will support outreach, events, referral tracking, and office marketing needs across the valley.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with GP and specialty providers, doctors, and office teams.
Grow and manage referral sources through regular outreach, follow-up, and territory planning.
Plan and attend health fairs, community events, lunch-and-learns, and monthly CE study clubs.
Support specialty offices with local marketing efforts, provider engagement, and community visibility.
