POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Specialty Clinic Case Manager is responsible for maintaining an expert level of knowledge on specialty medication prior authorizations patient assistance programs and copay grant assistance processes to ensure the timely processing of specialty medications. This position would also assist in scheduling patients into the specialty clinics, including but not limited to Hepatitis C (HCV) and pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP), and maintaining the HCV patient roster. This position reports directly to the Specialty Clinic Manager.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Graduate of an approved school of Registered Professional Nursing Current Illinois Registered Professional Nursing license Current CPR certification Current with Continuing Education requirements
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Previous experience within an ambulatory care setting preferred Previous experience working as Registered Nurse required Previous Electronic Medical Record experience

COMPENSATION
The salary range for this position is $60,399.82 - $90,599.73. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
