Locations: Reno Nevada Area
Absolute Dental is expanding our specialty teams and we’re looking for dedicated Dental Assistants who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care across multiple specialties. If you’re ready to grow your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment, we want to meet you!
Incentives: Monthly Bonus + $750 Sign-On Bonus (for qualified candidates)
Pay- will be determined based on your experience and specialty assignment and will be discussed after the interview and full review process. Compensation may vary, as it is tailored to each candidate’s individual background, skills, specialty assignment, and overall experience.
Open Specialty Roles
Hygiene Assistant
Starting at $18+/hour (depending on experience)
Support hygienists with room setup, patient care, sterilization, and scheduling to keep operations running smoothly. Entry Level? That is ok, We will train the right candidate for this role
Orthodontic Dental Assistant- Must HAVE experience to apply please.
Starting at $18+/hour (depending on experience)
Assist with braces, Invisalign, and other orthodontic procedures while helping patients achieve confident smiles.
This role requires travel between multiple office locations. Candidates must have reliable transportation and be comfortable traveling frequently to different offices.****
Pediatric Dental Assistant- Part Time Only*
Starting $18 hour (depending experience)
Provide gentle, compassionate care to children in a fun, kid-friendly environment while supporting the doctor during procedures.
Must have experience working with children**
What We’re Looking For
- Previous Dental Assistant experience preferred (specialty experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
