Job Details

Job Summary:

The Specialist – Talent Acquisition will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for multiple requisitions across all business units. This role requires a proactive professional who can source top talent, build strong pipelines, and contribute to Quality Carriers, Inc. continued growth and talent.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across all business units.
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates, including passive sourcing through job boards, social media, referrals, and industry networking.
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with company values and job requirements.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, build job descriptions, and create effective hiring plans.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews and provide timely communication to both candidates and hiring teams.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and consistent follow-up.
  • Assist in onboarding efforts as needed to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Skills and Abilities:
  • Proven experience in a high-volume recruiting environment, preferably in logistics, transportation, or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting best practices and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (UKG) and recruiting platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred.
Additional Job Information

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time on-site position, and days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Travel Requirements: 1% (may travel to the terminals/shops/tank washes)
