Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
Flexibility is required to remain later if patients are still in the office.

West Hospital - Professional Center
Primary Responsibilities
This is a close‑knit team environment and requires strong teamwork and communication skills.
Success Looks Like
First 3 Months:
Comfortable completing basic check‑out tasks
Familiar with service line nuances and workflows
By 6 Months:
Confident completing all additional assigned duties
Established strong workflow and collaboration with teammates
Skills for Success
Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced clinical environment
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Experience or willingness to learn the following systems:
Cerner
RightFax
QMedet
IDX
Strong attention to detail and ability to retain information
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Relevant experience in a healthcare setting preferred
Ability to learn and retain medical coding
ICD‑10 and CPT coding knowledge preferred
Ability to interpret insurance information
Knowledge of clinical practices and medical terminology preferred
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
