Specialist Process Enablement, S2C GPO (PG 25)
Physical Location of Position: Bogota, Colombia
The Specialist Process Enablement, Source-to-Contract (S2C) Global Process Owner (GPO) will play a critical role in enabling and optimizing contracting and/or sourcing capabilities across Procurement. This role combines process expertise, system administration, and technology enablement to deliver efficient, scalable, and user-centric solutions across the end-to-end S2C lifecycle.
The Specialist will partner closely with Procurement, IT, and business stakeholders support adoption, and ensure alignment with enterprise strategy, governance, and policies. The role will leverage digital technologies, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions to enhance operational efficiency, improve user experience, and unlock incremental value.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide system administration support, training, and guidance to drive adoption, improve usability, and elevate the overall user experience.
Support continuous improvement of global and regional service delivery by identifying process gaps, standardizing workflows, and improving end-to-end technology lifecycle management. Identify opportunities to enhance contracting and/or sourcing processes through automation, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.
Support the Product Owner for platform(s) (e.g., CLM) by collecting user feedback, monitoring product health and performance, managing enhancements and releases, and tracking system metrics such as usage, cycle times, and contract enablement to inform decision-making.
Partner with business users, Product Owners, and IT to translate requirements into user stories and scalable, user-centered solutions that improve efficiency and experience.
Provide inputs into broader S2C and procurement strategy to ensure system capabilities, tools, and processes align with organizational objectives, governance requirements, and enterprise policies.
Promote user experience and adoption of digital tools while integrating Johnson & Johnson's Credo and leadership principles into daily operations.
