Job Title: Maintenance Technician 3rd Shift
Location: Cleveland OH 44102
Pay Rate: $33.27/hr. on W2
Shift: 10:00 PM 6:00 AM (Overnight)
Duration: 8 Months

Job Summary
We are seeking two experienced Maintenance Technicians to support 3rd shift operations. In this role, you will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and equipment optimization to ensure maximum uptime, reliability, and efficiency of production systems.
You will work with a moderate level of independence, handling routine and moderately complex technical assignments while escalating only the most complex issues. This position also involves documenting maintenance activities and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and systems
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and system-related issues
Conduct equipment failure analysis (planned and unplanned downtime)
Evaluate equipment performance and recommend improvements to increase efficiency, yield, and availability
Support installation, modification, and optimization of equipment and systems
Prepare technical reports, maintenance logs, and documentation of procedures
Follow established maintenance procedures and safety protocols
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime
Serve as a technical resource for less experienced team members

Qualifications:
Proven experience in industrial maintenance or a similar technical role
Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and/or electrical systems
Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
Experience with preventive maintenance programs
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks with minimal supervision
Willingness to work overnight (3rd shift schedule)

Preferred Skills:
Experience in manufacturing or production environments
Knowledge of PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, or automation systems
Technical certification or vocational training in maintenance-related fields
