Position Summary:
Works with health care providers and health-system staff to:
1) coordinate ongoing, proactive processes aimed at improving and evaluating safe medication strategies;
2) designs and implements educational initiative which facilitates the promotion, attainment and maintenance of safe medication practice standards;
3) Manages projects in data collection and analysis of medication safety-related information.
Serves as liaison for safe medication practices as the local, state, and national level.

Education Bachelors
Experience:
1 to 2 years of Healthcare/Medical - Pharmaceutical Required
MS Office (Word, Access, Excel, Outlook), PharmNet, Powerchart, EFP, drug nomenclature and Internet capabilities.
