$70,000 to $85,000 per year.
Overview: This role is the Engine of Execution - sitting at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and process. The Integrated Content Production team supports the planning, production, workflow operations, and performance tracking of integrated content campaigns and projects that drive awareness, engagement, and business results.
Working closely with Lead and Senior Producers, internal creators, and the Creative and Marketing teams, the Specialist ensures smooth execution and seamless delivery of digital activations, videos, and marketing assets - keeping projects on schedule, on purpose, and on brand
The ideal candidate brings focus and energy to a high-volume, fast-moving environment where priorities shift and no two weeks look alike. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities with strong attention to detail and organizational follow-through.
Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Monday.com, Slack, or similar platforms; comfort with AI-assisted workflows is a plus.
Basic understanding of digital content formats including social, video, web, and email.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; a collaborative team player a collaborative team player who shares information clearly and in a timely manner.

The hiring range for this position is $70,000 to $85,000 per year. This range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications.
