We're seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Fund Reporting Representative to join our Accounting Services team. This role is located in Boston, MA. Four days in-office per week requirement.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Prepare and review fund reports by demonstrating expertise in accounting services and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and resolution of reporting issues, thereby enhancing client satisfaction.
  • Analyze fund data to identify trends and discrepancies, using analytical skills to support accurate financial reporting.
  • Implement quality control measures in the reporting process, ensuring the precision and reliability of all outputs.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Associate''s degree is required. Bachelor''s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • 0-2 years of experience.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and identify discrepancies.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in reporting and compliance with standards.
