JOB SUMMARY:
Supports the Early Careers team to effectively ideate, develop, execute and deliver a wide range of initiatives for Universal Beginnings. Maintains and supports innovation of HR tools, processes, communications, and systems to optimize knowledge and resources available to early careers candidates. Builds and leverages partnerships with HR functional teams and key stakeholders both locally and globally, to promote symphony and maximize effectiveness of UDX Early Career Programs.

Ability to manage concurrent planning and execution for multiple program cycles, events, and timelines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
