Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage and process customer claims, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution.
- Maintain statistical keys and analyze return reasons.
- Create monthly reports on failure hotspots, anomalies, and warranty cost trends.
- Review and correct claim data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Verify pricing, due dates, and compliance before claim processing.
- Track and confirm the return of claimed parts.
Contributing Your Strengths: Your Qualifications
Qualification and Education Requirements:
BE/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or Information Systems.
Experience:
6 to 8 years of relevant experience in spare parts management
Preferred Skills / Special Skills:
- Good understanding of warranty workflows and master data.
- Responsible, precise, and able to work independently.
- Willing to learn with a continuous improvement mindset.
