Role description

Job Title: Sr. Pega LBA (Lead Business Analyst)

Work Location:

Irving, TX

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead business discovery and requirement elicitation workshops with stakeholders.
• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities using the Pega Platform.
• Document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Translate business needs into Pega case types, personas, workflows, business rules, and decision logic.
• Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, System Architects, UX designers, and development teams.
• Ensure solutions align with business objectives, compliance requirements, and enterprise standards.
• Drive backlog grooming, sprint planning, and requirement prioritization.
• Facilitate requirement clarification throughout development and testing phases.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, and production rollout activities.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to Business Architects and Business Analysts.
• Participate in solution demonstrations, stakeholder reviews, and governance meetings.
• Maintain traceability between business requirements and delivered functionality.
• Promote adoption of Pega Express delivery methodology and industry best practices.

Compensation range: $ 83,912.00 to 128,080.00 per year
