Up-sell all IFP services to include inspections sprinklerinstallationand monitoring.Work with Project Leader Schedule Coordinator and Office Administrative Staff to ensure complete closeout and turnover of jobs to the client Ensure that work is completed so it can be billed in full.Travel asrequiredto job sites as directed by yourforemanandor other leaders.Inventory andmaintainorganization of materials on the job site.Meet responsibilities to the customer fellowworkersand IFP by arrivingonthe job on time ready to work every day.Adhere to contractual starting and quitting times including lunch and break periods. Personal cell phones will not be used during the workday except for designated break periods.Maintain accountability and respect tools provided by IFP.Complete work at or below budgeted labor hours. Immediately inform your leaders of any delays or work stoppages.Respect the customers property. Dispose of all trash properly and be aware of your surroundings to avoid property damage.Understand and follow all customer APi Group and IFP safety and security policies and procedures.Obey all safe reasonable and legitimate leadership directives.JOB QUALIFICATIONSMinimum of 4 years of experience with fire alarms and special hazardsHolding a Manufacturers and state licensesforFire Alarm License to inspect Suppression Systems is preferredHavea strong knowledge of NFPA codes and industry standardsMaintain good habits and do not cut cornersExcellent communication and organizational skillsalong withOutstanding Customer facing service and problem-solving skillsStay current with code requirements and industry changesAble to inspectalarm andspecial gas systems FM 200 Sapphire CO2 highpressureand low pressurePC Skills including Microsoft Windows Excel Word and OutlookCommunicate effectively with your leadersregardingjob status and any concernsKeep your work truck clean and organizedIn addition torequiredPPE dress appropriately torepresentyourself and IFP as a professional tradesman and organization respectivelyValid state Drivers LicenserequiredWillingto pass post-offer drug screenreferenceand background checkEDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONSHigh school diploma or equivalentNICET Certification OSHA Certification is a plusPrior suppression system manufacturer certification is a plusSpecific training in the fire industrypreferredPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSAbility tolift upto 50lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.Regular bending reachingclimbingand walking.Compensation & BenefitsThis role will be based out of our Naples FL branch.
