Location: Aldie, Leesburg, Sterling, Ashburn & South Riding, VA
Job Type: Contract (40–45 Weeks)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7.5-hour shifts (Between 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM)
Pay: $30–$43/hour (Based on experience)
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teachers to support students in ECSE (Early Childhood Special Education), Cross-Categorical, and Autism classrooms across multiple school locations in Virginia.
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Provide specialized instruction based on students' individual learning needs.
Modify curriculum and teaching strategies to support student success.
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, administrators, and families.
Monitor student progress and maintain required documentation.
Implement positive behavior support and effective classroom management.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and multidisciplinary team meetings.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field.
Valid Virginia Special Education teaching license or eligibility for licensure.
Experience working with students in Grades 2–5 preferred.
Experience in ECSE, Cross-Categorical, Autism, or similar Special Education settings is a plus.
Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills.
Competitive Pay: $30–$43/hour
