Requirements / Qualifications
Required credential: Education Specialist Instruction Credential: Moderate/Severe Disabilities (M/S) Includes autism; deaf-blindness; moderate to severe intellectual disabilities; multiple disabilities; serious emotional disturbance; and authorizes service in grades K-12 and in classes organized primarily for adults through age 22. State -ESSA Highly Qualified in "General Subjects" -English Learner Authorization Attached credential copy must include DETAILED credential information including the document number, authorization code, authorization description, issue date and expiration date. Such copies can be obtained using the link provided to the Commission on Teacher Credentialing website through the "Secured Search" option. "SUITABLE FOR FRAMING" VERSIONS AND EXPIRED COPIES OF YOUR CREDENTIAL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
