  • Copy of Transcript: Unofficial transcripts of a completed BACHELORS degree.
  • Credential Copy: A current California Teaching Credential in Special Education Mild/Moderate. Attach a printout from the CTCs website with the credential and authorization descriptions.
  • For Intern Eligible Candidates: Attach a valid intern eligible letter from your university dated within the last six (6) months. The letter must state the authorizations and projected date of completion.
  • English Learner Authorization: English Learner Authorization. Must possess EL authorization LDSCLAD certification Crosscultural Language Academic Development SB1969 SB395 AB2913 or BCLAD. Attach a printout from the CTC showing the EL authorization.
  • Letters of Recommendation: Three (3) letters of recommendations signed and dated within the last three (3) years with one of these letters being from a recent immediate supervisor. Typed signatures will not be accepted; signatures MUST BE HAND WRITTEN.
  • Resume: Current up-to-date resume.
  • Test Results: Materials Verification of passing CSET RICA SSAT and/or MSAT if applicable.

Employment is contingent upon fingerprint clearance from the Department of Justice. Fingerprints will be taken at the time the position is accepted. There is a fee of $44.00 for fingerprinting. Payment is due at the time of service in the form of a money order, cashiers check, or cash - PERSONAL CHECKS NOT ACCEPTED. Current employees of the Pomona Unified School District have already received fingerprint clearance, therefore it is not necessary to clear again for a new position.
