Special Education Teacher
- Work with students in special education across a variety of settings
- Write and update IEPs that meet IDOE compliance guidelines
- Schedule and attend Annual Case Conferences
- Maintain accurate and sufficient to construct progress monitoring reports
- Create and maintain classroom schedules that support all learners
- Advocate for student needs
- Work collaboratively with families to support student success
- Supervise and coordinate Instructional Assistants to best support students in the classroom
- Provide training to staff as needed
- Demonstrate efficient communication skills with teammates
- Other duties as assigned
