Make a real difference in students' lives. We're hiring a dedicated Special Education Resource Teacher to support a caseload of approximately 20 students in Grades 4-6 for the upcoming school year.
What You'll Do:
- Provide individualized and small-group instruction to students with disabilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals, accommodations, and progress
- Collaborate closely with general education teachers, related service providers, and families to support each student's success
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with special education regulations
What You'll Need: - Active Special Education teaching certification (or ability to obtain one)
- Experience with elementary-aged students preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- A genuine commitment to helping every student reach their full potential
