Special Education Teacher

Location: Antelope Valley Region, CA
Pay Rate: Competitive Weekly Pay based on experience up to $70/hr

As a school-based Special Education Teacher in the Antelope Valley Region, your days will include:

• Providing specialized instruction to students with diverse learning needs.
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Collaborating with general education teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families.
• Assessing student progress and adjusting instructional strategies to support academic and behavioral growth.
• Participating in IEP meetings and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Implementing accommodations, modifications, and positive behavior supports.
• Maintaining compliance with IDEA, California regulations, and district policies.

Job Details

• Position: Contract (option to renew) in a school setting
• Hours: Full-Time (Monday Friday)
• Caseload: Placement discussed during the interview
• School Year: 2026 2027
