Job Requirements.
- EducationRequirements: Teaching Certification and Special Education Certification (or equivalent)
- CertificationsRequirements: Special Education Certification; Teaching Certification (Connecticut-specific certification/license required)
- ExperienceRequirements: Minimum 1 year of experience working with children in an educational/child-focused setting; experience supporting instruction and observing student behavior
- OtherRequirements: School-based experience preferred; must demonstrate patience, positivity, and a student-centered approach; ability to support classroom management and behavior observation; willingness to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams; must be legally authorized to work in the United States of America on a W2 basis; no visa sponsorship required; ability to adapt instruction to different environments; additional facility and program requirements per assignmentsee open real jobs and facility descriptions
