Special Education Teacher
Cheraw, SC
Pay Range: $45 - $49/hour
Position Details:
- Location: Cheraw, SC – Schools in the area
- Duration: August 2026 – June 2027
- Hours: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 37.5–40 hours/week
- Caseload: K–12 Opportunities Available – Resource or Self-Contained
- Required: Active SC Special Education Teaching Certification

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with diverse learning needs
- Adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to support K–12 learners
- Implement behavior management strategies and positive supports
- Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation for compliance
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
