Educational Specialist provides individualized instruction and academic support to students enrolled in an independent study program, ensuring they make progress toward academic goals while meeting program and compliance requirements. This role includes developing and implementing personalized learning plans, monitoring student progress, maintaining required documentation, and collaborating with families and school staff to support student success. The Educational Specialist delivers differentiated instruction, provides feedback on assignments, and promotes student engagement and accountability while helping students build the skills necessary for independent learning in a flexible educational environment
