The Oak Creek-Franklin Joint School District has an opportunity for a Special Education Learning Facilitator to join our District. This position will provide high-quality direct and indirect services to students and staff to meet the social, emotional, and behavioral needs of students with our District.
We are seeking an experienced candidate with a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience.
