The Young Elementary School is seeking an Inclusion Teacher who will work with 2 grade levels to provide academic support within the general education setting. Collaboration and communication are essential for success.
The Young School uses a "Push In" model where the special education teacher enters the general education classroom to provide instruction and support to children. The Inclusion teacher will bring appropriately adapted materials into the classroom. The Inclusion teacher, through co-planning with the general education teacher, provides specifically designed differentiated instruction for students being served by an IEP.
