Responsibilities include:
- Conducting record reviews, achievement testing, and observations
- Scheduling, notices, and facilitating evaluation planning and decision meetings
- Writing detailed achievement assessment reports and determining adverse effects
- Completing all evaluation documentation and providing reports to team members, including the case manager.
