Job Description:

The School District of Bonduel is seeking a positive, compassionate, and highly motivated Elementary Special Education Educational Assistant (paraprofessional) for the 2026 - 2027 school year. Applicants should have a passion for creating a supportive learning environment and working as part of a dynamic, knowledgeable team of professionals to support the development of our learners.

Desired Qualifications

• Special Education Program License, which may be acquired through the School District of Bonduel at no cost to the employee.
• Complete CPI training as scheduled by the district, at no cost to the employee.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Work with students receiving special education services and supports.
• Assist in the classroom and work collaboratively with case managers, therapists and teachers.
• Provide support and guidance for students, making progress towards their IEP goals.
• Support in behavior management and positive behavioral supports.
