What your future day will look like:

Support advisors and paraplanners by assisting with client needs and day-to-day administrative tasks.
Prepare, process, and track paperwork supporting client transactions and account changes.
Assist with client requests, maintain CRM records, and help prepare for client meetings.
Ensure all client information and documentation are accurate, organized, and up to date.
Help maintain a smooth workflow between advisors, clients, and internal systems.
Contribute to a warm, welcoming client experience in the office and at occasional events.

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

3+ years of experience in the wealth management industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask effectively.
Willingness to pursue Series 6, 63, 65, 66, or 7 licensing (company-supported).
