Responsibilities
- Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process
- Work with customers seeking financing solutions
- Build strong relationships with English and Spanish-speaking customers
- Follow up on internet leads, phone inquiries, and referrals
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
- Explain vehicle features, benefits, and financing options
- Maintain customer records and CRM activities
- Work closely with lenders and management to help customers secure financing
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals
Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
- Previous sales, retail, customer service, or customer-facing experience preferred
- Automotive sales experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working in a commission-based environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
