Applicants must be customer service-oriented, possess excellent organizational skills, and have strong written and verbal communication skills. Prior Sales, BDC, call center, or automotive experience is a plus but not necessary!
Primary Responsibilities:
• Effectively communicate with customers to determine their needs and wants • Respond to all inquiries in a timely and accurate manner via phone and email • Schedule appointments via phone, live chat, and email • Daily follow-up with prospects
Job Details:
Job Type: Full-time (2 evenings a week and some Saturdays required) Guaranteed $15.00 per hour plus bonus plan
