Position: Spanish Speaking Business Development Representative

We are actively hiring motivated sales professionals who enjoy building relationships, meeting customers face-to-face, and working in a fast-paced environment. If you thrive on helping people, closing deals, and achieving goals, we want to hear from you.

This role offers the opportunity to work directly with homeowners through pre-scheduled appointments, allowing you to focus on customer interaction and sales rather than generating your own leads.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Meet with customers at scheduled appointments throughout Miami-Dade County
  • Conduct water evaluations and explain findings in a simple, professional manner
  • Educate homeowners about available solutions and services
  • Understand customer needs and provide recommendations
  • Build trust and create a positive customer experience
  • Complete agreements and maintain accurate records
  • Follow company processes and sales guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Experience in home improvement sales, residential remodeling, kitchen & bath renovations, solar, or exterior products such as windows and doors.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable meeting with customers in their homes
  • Goal-oriented and motivated to succeed
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Ability to travel locally throughout the Miami Dade territory
