Project Scope / Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Team is supporting a customer service initiative focused on call routing, customer triage, pipeline management, and referral handling efficiency.

Support low-complexity customer service initiatives while helping manage inbound customer needs, callbacks, documentation, referral handling, and pipeline tracking. The team is also gathering feedback and metrics around conversion rates and pilot effectiveness.

Focused heavily on customer engagement.

Call routing and triaging customer needs.

Managing callbacks, follow-ups, and documentation.

Tracking contact attempts and managing the pipeline.

Reviewing referral handling efficiency and workload balancing.
