In this position, you will be the first contact, guiding clients through application processes, explaining eligibility criteria, and providing professional, empathetic support.
Responsibilities include responding to inbound/outbound inquiries, processing verification documents, documenting interactions, and staying updated on program policies.
Minimum requirements: high school diploma or GED, 1+ years of experience or equivalent, fluency in English and Spanish, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently remotely.
Preferred skills: call center experience, familiarity with government programs, computer proficiency, and residency in EST or CST zones.
