Exceptional guest experiences begin with exceptional leadership. We are looking for an experienced, service-driven Operations Supervisor to join our team in a leadership capacity. As the Operations Supervisor, you will support the Director of AquaVie in the daily operations of AquaVie Fitness & Wellness Club, helping ensure every member and guest receives the elevated service our club is known for. You will provide leadership and operational support across the Front Desk, Spa Concierge, Spa Attendants, Retail Operations, and facility operations while partnering with the Personal Training and Group Fitness teams to create a seamless luxury wellness experience.
What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like:

- Supporting and upholding AquaVie's luxury service standards while serving as a role model for professionalism, hospitality, and member engagement.
- Assisting with guest and member relations by resolving concerns, supporting service recovery, and fostering long-term member satisfaction and retention.
- Providing daily operational support for the Front Desk, Spa Concierge, Spa Attendants, Retail Operations, and facility operations.
- Assisting with recruiting, onboarding, training, coaching, and developing team members while supporting performance management and employee engagement.
- Conducting department meetings and communicating operational updates while promoting teamwork and accountability.
- Assisting with employee scheduling, staffing coverage, payroll review, labor management, and timecard accuracy.
- Monitoring daily club operations, facility presentation, spa scheduling, and overall guest experience.
- Conducting routine facility walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness, safety, operational readiness, and compliance with company standards.
- Serving as Manager on Duty as assigned and responding to operational or guest service needs.
- Supporting retail and spa operations, including inventory management, ordering, merchandising, and product presentation.
- Maintaining operational reports, payroll documentation, labor reporting, SOP updates, and training materials.
- Assisting with expense management, inventory controls, and revenue-support initiatives.
- Completing special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned by the Director of AquaVie.
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Recreation Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory or leadership experience in hospitality, fitness, spa, wellness, hotel, club, or a related service environment.
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing employees in a customer-focused environment.
- Experience with scheduling, payroll administration, labor management, and operational reporting.
- Strong guest service, conflict resolution, and service recovery experience.
- Experience with retail operations, inventory management, and merchandising preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred or ability to obtain.
- Experience with Club Automation, UKG, Kronos, or similar scheduling and payroll systems preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional appearance and commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality.
- Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as business needs require.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, climb stairs, and move throughout the facility.
