As the Spa Sales Lead, it is a dynamic front-line leadership role responsible for driving sales excellence and cultivating a high-performing, motivated front desk team. This position combines the responsibilities of a Spa Sales Associate with added focus on driving sales results, coaching team performance, and ensuring consistent achievement of individual and team targets, all while ensuring that each service is memorable and exceptional.

Our Spa Associates:

• Meet membership sales goals.
• Have a detailed knowledge of the menu of services
• Provide excellent customer service to members and guests, while building lasting connections.
• Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents
• Perform various other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Spa Associate or comparable sales experience required.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals in a team environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and influence others.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
• 18 years old or older
• High school diploma or equivalent

Compensation

• Competitive hourly pay with monthly bonus opportunities based on individual and team sales performance.

Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
