Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a full-time Spa Manager for our full-service spa. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, growth-minded, and has a proven background in sales management, spa operations, and customer service. We are looking for a strong leader who is passionate about wellness, team development, and delivering an exceptional client experience.

Spa Manager Performance Will Be Based on the Following Metrics:

Membership Conversion

You understand how to coach and motivate your spa team to educate and delight clients, encouraging them to join our Lifestyle Program.

Revenue Growth

You know how to drive revenue through strategic scheduling, marketing initiatives, service upgrades, and retail opportunities.

Recruiting & Team Development

You are passionate about building and developing a team of talented spa professionals who provide outstanding service.

Operations Excellence

You measure and deliver results, create a strong membership base, and ensure a consistently exceptional client experience while maintaining smooth daily operations.

What You Need to Succeed in This Role:

  • 2-3 years of management experience in the salon, spa, retail, or hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership, sales, and customer service skills
  • Flexible schedule availability, including nights and one weekend day
  • Ability to promote the benefits of massage and skincare services
  • Experience motivating teams to achieve performance goals
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily spa operations and staff performance
  • Drive membership sales and client retention
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop spa associates
  • Monitor scheduling, productivity, and revenue goals
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve client concerns
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and operational procedures
