Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking an experienced, energetic, and results-driven Spa Manager for a unique opportunity to lead a newly opened spa and build its success from the ground up.
This exciting role offers the chance to grow a loyal membership base, develop a high-performing team, and foster a culture rooted in collaboration, accountability, and service excellence. As Spa Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the guest experience, driving business growth, building a successful team, and establishing Hand & Stone Cheshire as the premier wellness destination in the community.

What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Spa Associates, Licensed Massage Therapists, and Estheticians
- Drive membership growth, retail sales, client retention, and overall spa performance
- Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and develop top talent
- Foster a positive, professional, and guest-focused culture
- Ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to achieve business goals
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and daily spa operations
- Partner with ownership on marketing initiatives, community outreach, and business development efforts
- Maintain compliance with Hand & Stone brand standards, policies, and procedures
- Lead by example and create an environment of accountability, teamwork, and success
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience in retail, hospitality, wellness, fitness, beauty, or spa environments
- Demonstrated success leading teams and achieving sales goals
- Strong leadership, coaching, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Proven ability to motivate, develop, and retain employees
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for wellness and service excellence
- Experience in membership-based sales environments is highly preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
Schedule Expectations
- Full-time position (40 hours per week)
- Flexible schedule based on business needs
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Ability to support the team during peak operating hours
- Willingness to respond to operational and staffing needs as they arise
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary ($50,000-$60,000) plus commission plus sales bonuses
