What Youll Be Responsible For

As Spa Sales Manager, your success will be measured by key business metrics, including:

• Increase Net Membership Conversion
• Tracking and Training on Client Retention
• LMT/LE Utilization and Turn-over Rate

Additional responsibilities include:

• Leading and coaching Spa Associates to achieve sales goals
• Driving membership sales and retention initiatives
• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and developing team members
• Managing schedules and daily spa operations
• Monitoring KPIs and implementing action plans to improve performance
• Ensuring an exceptional guest experience
• Building a positive, accountable, and high-performing culture

Qualifications

Required:

• Consistent track record of achieving sales goals
• Experience coaching and developing employees
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and drive results
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed

Preferred:

• Active Massage Therapy License
• Experience in a membership-based business
• Spa, salon, wellness, fitness, hospitality, or retail management experience
