Responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of treatments and trends, performing treatments according to standards, ensuring guest and staff safety, handling emergencies appropriately, sharing information about the resort and activities, conducting salon tours, and participating in product inventory.
Qualifications include a current State Cosmetology License, minimum 1 year of experience, availability on weekends, effective communication skills, flexibility, self-motivation, and physical ability to sit, stand, walk up to 8 hours, and lift up to 20 pounds. Evening and occasional overtime work may be required.
