Key Accountabilities
- Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor and great "connection" with people
- Ability to handle a high call volume and multitask with poise
- Retail sales skills with an ability to learn and explain multiple services and product lines
- Commission-based role with a great opportunity to earn highly competitive pay for the right candidate
General Requirements
- Upscale spa or salon experience
- Knowledge of the layout, services, and products of the Spa
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and facility with keyboard, and spa software are a plus.
