$1,000 Sign-On Bonus for team members working 36+ hours per week
Schedule Requirements: Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday

As a Spa Concierge, you will serve as the first and last impression of our spa, ensuring every guest receives warm, personalized service and an exceptional luxury experience.
What You'll Do
- Welcome guests with professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality
- Provide personalized attention from arrival through departure
- Educate guests about The Woodhouse experience, amenities, services, and spa offerings
- Guide guests through the spa and ensure a seamless and relaxing visit
- Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and assist with guest inquiries
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting spa environment
- Anticipate guest needs and create memorable experiences through thoughtful attention to detail
- Support daily spa operations and assist leadership in ensuring smooth business flow
- Serve as a brand ambassador by upholding The Woodhouse standards of excellence
What We're Looking For

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous hospitality, spa, salon, retail, or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
