The Spa Attendant supports daily spa and fitness operations by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and guest comfort in areas such as locker rooms, treatment rooms, and pools.
- Ensures all spaces are sanitized, stocked, and inviting, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and restocking linens and amenities.
- Assists guests with directions and explanations of facility features, providing excellent customer service.
- Operates laundry equipment, reports safety issues, and follows safety and brand standards.
- Requires a high school diploma or GED, prior customer service experience, strong communication, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
