The Sanctuary Lead oversees daily operations during peak hours, ensuring a smooth experience for members under the supervision of the AGM/GM. They build and maintain strong member rapport, uphold the Sanctuary's standards, and handle conflict resolution confidently. Responsibilities include addressing member concerns, supervising behavior in the steam, infrared sauna, cold plunge, and hot plunge areas, and communicating issues promptly to management. They monitor cleanliness and operational standards, assist the detail team with locker room maintenance, towel supply, and ensuring a pristine environment. The ideal candidate is bi-lingual in Spanish and English, outgoing, proactive, and possesses excellent communication and member relations skills. A minimum of two years in luxury service or health club/fitness industry is preferred.
