Specific Responsibilities of a Spa Attendant • Supporting the cleanliness and maintenance of the Kohler Waters Spa facility and equipment • Attending to the desk to accommodate client check-in for sandals, robes, and lockers • Maintaining neatness and order around the Spa Relaxation Pool lounge area • Assisting Group Coordinator with setup tasks involving special group requirements • Consistently maintaining cleanliness of desk, reception area, retail centers, and flooring • Being responsible for knowing and performing proper opening and closing procedures • Assisting spa technicians with locating guests, giving messages, or communicating guests needs • Maintaining a high level of customer service for all spa guests
This is a part-time position working weekdays and weekends with shifts between 7:00 am and 9:00 pm.
